Sales Return Policy
Our Policy is a 30 days Returns from when the item arrives at the destination. (there are are few items that only have a 14 day policy and they are identified in product description)
If you want to return the item due to product issue or order problem , you will need to contact our customer service department and get an RA (Return Authorization) We will coordinate the return with the supplier/shipper and forward you the return authorization and shipping labels. Items being returned must be in original packaging that they were shipped in and in the condition it arrived in. If product arrives damaged, please send photo of damage to verify. If item is being returned due to changed mind or buyers remorse the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. After 14 days refunds will not be given, Exchanges or store credit will be given instead. We will credit your account after we have received the item back and evaluated its condition.
